Hi folks!

Mornings are chilly and afternoons are warm! Layers and packed shorts are strongly suggested. We are buzzing along through the year. While I do love the sunshine, we still have lots to do and will be sticking to routines as much as possible. It’s been challenging to say the least. When fun is earned, it’ll be well worth it! Thanks in advance for your support!

Here are some new photos: Pictures up to May 22 2026 | King Street Elementary Please take note of Mme Abby, our High School ICE student. She is exploring teaching as a career and has been with us for two weeks! We wrapped up the week with the spell-a-thon prize draws (congrats winners!) and Jersey Day.

All for now!

Hi folks!

Some quick updates and reminders. Please forward any Spell-a-thon $$ to me by tomorrow to be tallied. Same goes with drama ticket pages. Our class will get to see the KSE production of Seussical the Musical at school but tickets need to be reserved for evening performances.

Last week we had our Social Studies Tests. Grade 3 on NB cities/mountains/rivers and Grade 4 on Provinces/Territories/Capitals. Should any student wish to have a REDO of their test, they are welcome to until Friday. The only request is that you send me an email/note so you’re in the loop.

I will be sending home a “midterm” snapshot of your child’s work in class. I like to do this now so there are no surprises in the last report card. Please sign and return. Should you have any questions, please let me know!

New pictures on our website from last week’s Multicultural Week. We had fun learning about Ghana and making Kente patterns for decorating for the musical. Special thanks to those who sent in a treat for the food fair on Thursday. We had LOTS of delicious traditions. We had SO MUCH that we were able to share with a class that didn’t have many. Thank you! Pictures up to May 15 2026 | King Street Elementary
