Email April 17th 2026

Hi folks!

April is zooming by. Here is a little blurb to keep you in the loop. We will soon be wrapping up our units in multiplication and division for both grade 3 and 4. It is encouraged to continue working on Math facts for multiplication – x3 is trickiest for grade 3 and x6,7,8 are the trickiest for grade 4 (x12 was for fun but expected to be known in grade 5). We’ve finished our writing units on animals (grade 3) and countries (grade 4). Next up is knowledge of NB for grade 3 and knowledge of Canada for grade 4. In Science we have moved to Carbon Footprint and Earth day! We plan to do a clean-up on Monday. Extra gloves would be great! In Science/Personal Wellness, we will be doing a teeth brushing activity. If you happen to have a spare toothbrush (used or new), we would love it! In Art, we are continuing to explore various techniques of depth, shadow and texture. Check out the new pictures to see more!

Email April 10th 2026

Hi folks!

Apologies for not sending a reminder email this week! Here it is for next week. We were all caught up in Artemis II action! We are cruising into division in Math. Grade 3 students will soon begin their project on NB and Grade 4 on a Canadian province/territory. We wrapped up Black History Month and are heading into Carbon Footprint/environmental Science.

Highly recommend extra clothing, including socks, in your child’s bookbag. The playground is WET!
