Looking for Paper tubes!

Apologies for the 2nd email – I’m looking for paper towel tubes and/or toilet paper tubes for a Science project. If anyone has any extra, please send them in. Thank you!

Celebrations & Science

Hi folks!

There are a number of upcoming Celebrations. Tomorrow, Friday February 6th students in our class are asked to dress in gold/yellow and blue. We are representing Ukraine in our School Olympics and the opening ceremony is tomorrow.

Monday, February 9th we will be learning about the Chinese New Year. We will be getting messy so please do not dress overly nice! Or, bring a shirt/pants to change into. We will attempt to make our own paper lanterns. Fingers crossed!

Valentine’s Day will be celebrated in our class on Thursday, February 12th. We will have a small party in our classroom from 1-2:00pm. Students will be exchanging Valentine’s, and you’re welcome to bring in a treat for students to share. We have 23 students. Our class: Bethie, Maggie, Easton, Claire, Ethan, Aria, Dougie, Rozlynn, Mason, Benny, Alayna, Anna, Drew, Scarlett, Kallie, Joe, Leia, Lionel, Ky, Harry, Ella, Pips and Owen. A paper copy of this list will also be sent home.

All for now! I’ll be uploading pictures shortly.
