Hi folks!

Last email of the year! A little bittersweet. Please send in any library books or guided reading books back to the school. You will find items coming home throughout the week. Friday’s bookbag will contain the most important – report card.

Every year parents ask what they can do to help their children to maintain their gains. Booklets like “Complete Canadian Curriculum” are a great start (Amazon.ca : canadian curriculum books) There are programs at Carrefour Beausoleil library as well as online programs that will work throughout the summer like Boukili (French), SplashLearn (Math) and Lalilo (English and French). For those with a Lexia subscription, it is good until November 2026!! Most importantly, share a love of learning and reading with your child.

Thank you for sharing your children with me for the year and bearing with all my emails in an attempt to stay organized! We had LOTS of fun and it was a privilege to watch these curious minds grow. Hope you are able to enjoy some time with your kid(s) over the summer months.

THURSDAY: Fun day afternoon at KSE for grades 3-5. Swim suit and towel is recommended or a change of clothes. Be mindful of the sun and send sunscreen.

FRIDAY: Last full day and students will receive their report card.
